This is a large industrial complex consisting of two large buildings with a spacious internal courtyard. One of the two buildings houses the caretaker's residence for the entire complex. The warehouses are single-story, except for the residence on the first floor, which is accessed from both one of the warehouses and the internal courtyard. Internally, the two warehouses are divided into multiple areas: offices, warehouses, services, and technological systems. Both have independent heating systems. The state of preservation appears good and consistent with buildings of this era. The northern warehouse has a large basement. The entire complex is clearly documented in the land registry records, which attribute both production warehouses to subdivision 1 and the residence to subdivision 2. It should be noted, however, that the residence, although with independent access, cannot be considered a separate entity as it is located within one of the two production buildings and was built for a specific purpose (caretaker's accommodation) and in a specific context. The complex, as already mentioned, is quite large but by subdividing it it is possible to make both the two main buildings independent and create smaller, dedicated internal units (offices, warehouses, etc.).
