This office building, constructed of ordinary masonry, has a rectangular floor plan of approximately 175 square meters and extends over three floors, including a basement and two above-ground floors. The building was completely renovated in 2003 and features finishes and solutions typical of office buildings. The exterior is clad in stone up to the ground floor and from there to the embrasure, which conceals the pitched roof, with vertically slatted metal sheets; the southeast corner features a continuous floor-to-ceiling window. Internally, the load-bearing brick walls are completely clad in plasterboard, the floors are floating, and the ceilings are made of plasterboard squares with integrated light fixtures. The exterior and interior doors and windows are made of aluminum, with thermal break windows and double-glazed windows. The heating system consists of a diesel boiler with fan coil units. All the systems date back to the renovation. There are two bathrooms, one per floor; the boiler room and cellar are located in the basement.
