Portion of a shopping center consisting of shops, offices, and underground parking spaces. It is easily accessible from the Eastern Ring Road (exit 3) and a few hundred meters along the Paullese State Road. The recently built complex comprises several buildings, each with open pedestrian walkways (there is no tunnel). It has two to four above-ground floors, depending on the building. The structure is traditional reinforced concrete; the facades are painted and plastered with a resin-plastic coating, and the roofs are flat and waterproof. The area is primarily used for residential purposes.
